My daring young self decides it would be fun to drive a real car. I climb inside our friend Sven's recently purchased used white station-wagon with peeling wood veneer. I proceed to release the emergency brake in my imaginary thrill ride. When the car begins rolling backward down the steep driveway I leap from the open door. The poor station-wagon died that day at the hands of a very formidable stone retaining wall. It would remain an anonymous accident only long enough for my parents to find my soccerball in the passenger seat. I was busted though they were happier I wasn't hurt.

Chris,
May have gotten a bit graphic there on that first entry but way to grab my attention! ^_^
Suggestion, please make sure you proofread and use the spell check feature in the wiki. Under the “edit” tab it is the ABC icon with the green check mark. I would hate for your opinions, thoughts, and comments to be dismissed because of spelling mistakes. Trust me, I make them to and if you ever catch it – let me know!
You certainly were very candid and honest with your timeline. Thought I am evaluating this as an assignment, the exercise’s intention is really for you. Our life is full of experiences that define us, tragic and joyous, and any opportunity we can take to step back and reflect on what we have done or been through is valuable. We learn a little bit more about ourselves each time and remember who we are and think about who we want to become. Hopefully, that doesn’t sound too much like a Hallmark greeting card.
Some missing elements, would have liked more insight into the connection between your personal history and larger events in history. You were rather sardonic with your comments but overall I was missing the “why”. Also, did not see you really attempt to claim ownership of the space through color or use of media or the structure of your contributions. I would have liked to see some personality reflected there.
